Laura, communications manager

Hi, I am Laura and I help to develop communications and change management plans that help to digitalize our internal processes.

I joined Konecranes in 2014 as a Concept Owner for Collaboration Solutions. In my current role as the Communications Manager, I can combine by experience from Communication Platforms to my studies in Communications and Marketing.

IT systems are not ready when they are technically available. For any company to take a full advantage of the systems in use, employees need to know what they are used for and how to use them.

Having fun at workplace is essential. We work with our hearts and minds, and both need to be considered in the communications planning.
