Konecranes Die Gripper Crane with WMS 1: 5 + 5 3D animation

The animation shows a Konecranes Die Gripper Crane in a Stamping Plant at a Press Line with five moving bolsters on both sides of Press doing a die set change. Five dies are taken from Press bolsters back to warehouse and a new set of five is moved from warehouse to bolsters. A Konecranes Warehouse Management System, WMS, is giving transfer instructions to crane PLC. The order of dies in a die pile in warehouse has no warehousing rules, i.e. any die can be placed upon another.
